The Bombay Grill -Markham-

I love this place! It is one of my favourites in Markham. The food is tasty and has the right amount of spice. I usually get the butter chicken but I have had the chicken tikka masala as well. The service is great. The location is convenient right on hwy 7 and it hasn't been busy when I have been there.

This is officially my favourite Indian restaurant in all of Toronto and GTA. Medium spicy was just that, and the portions are excellent size. Food was great, and did not hurt my stomach like other places, still fine 12 hours later.

We ordered the beef curry and butter chicken with the garlic naan. Beef curry was great the beef was nice and tender. Medium spice level was perfect. Have had better butter chicken but it was decent. Garlic naan was fabulous. Portions were good. Nice service thank you.

They served one of the best meals I have had for a long time. A group of friends and I discovered this place after visiting the bowling alley nearby and were very surprised by the quality of the food. The staff was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and helped us choose a couple of items. I highly recommend the Tandoori chicken, definitely one of the best I have EVER had. 10/10 will come again.

I prefer ordering in Uber, though haven’t been able to these past few months, as their butter chicken comes with a big naan (not free when dining.. even their mango lassi promo was only for online order). I’m not Indian and so I’m not sure if their butter chicken is considered good but my children and myself loves it. Theirs doesn’t taste like it had some instant curry powder. I have been to a fancy and expensive Indian restaurant a few times in Mississauga but I personally prefer Bombay Grill’s butter chicken. Anyways, the last time I came to this place was a year ago and was the first and only time. My children and I were looking at some new condo in the area and so brought them there afterwards for lunch, except something was odd that day. It felt like I was being watched even when I was still parking my car (not by them).
